Arabic Speaking Transport Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator with a strong background transport operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery to various locations in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, trip sheets, fuel consumption, and vehicle logs.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet readiness.
• Handle urgent transport requirements and last-minute operational changes.
• Maintain proper documentation for deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.

Requirements:
• Arabic and English fluency is a MUST.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours based on work requirements.
