Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate all carpentry works at site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors to achieve daily targets.
• Lead and supervise all carpentry activities at site, including formwork, shuttering, and finishing works.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily activities, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Inspect ongoing carpentry works (formwork, finishing, joinery, etc.) to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Control material usage and minimize wastage of timber, plywood, and other materials.
• Train and guide carpenters and helpers to improve performance and workmanship.
• Identify site issues and take corrective actions in coordination with the engineering team.

Qualifications :
• More than 10 years of experience in carpentry works, with at least 5-6 years as a Foreman in Building construction projects.
• Proven experience in formwork, shuttering, structural, and finishing carpentry works.
• Experience working with main contractors or large-scale building projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multiple workers.
