Job Description
Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with municipality, food safety, and company policies.

Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Experience
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain strong floor presence during service hours.
• Build customer loyalty and enhance the overall dining experience.

Financial Management
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Implement cost-control measures and improve operational efficiency.

Menu & Concept Management
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain authentic Italian menu offerings.
• Ensure consistency in recipes, portioning, and presentation.

Compliance & Administration
• Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
