Job Description
• Property Cleanliness: Contribute to keeping the building and common areas clean and tidy, potentially including cleaning water tanks or spider webs.
• Patrol and Monitoring: Regularly walk the building and surrounding areas to check for suspicious activity, potential hazards, and ensure all entry and exit points are secure.
• CCTV Monitoring: Constantly monitor surveillance cameras to detect any unusual activity or security breaches.
• Access Control: Verify and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Visitor Management: Check visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and provide directions.
• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, fire incidents, or other emergencies by initiating appropriate procedures, contacting authorities, and coordinating evacuations.
• Reporting: Report any security breaches, unusual occurrences, or maintenance issues to building management.

Other Responsibilities:
• Property Maintenance: Assist with minor maintenance tasks like checking lights, locks, or plumbing during patrols, and report any necessary repairs.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for residents and visitors, providing directions and assistance.
• Enforcing Rules :Ensure residents and visitors adhere to building rules and regulations.
