Job Description
Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation.Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to eliminate dust, dirt, and grime, leaving every space spotless and inviting.Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock toiletries, ensuring guests or residents always have fresh and comfortable amenities.Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens, maintaining a well-organized and efficient laundry system.Handle inventory and restock supplies such as cleaning products, toiletries, and other household essentials, preventing shortages and ensuring smooth operations.Prepare and serve meals and beverages, adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences, ensuring a delightful dining experience.Organize and tidy up living spaces, including making beds, arranging furniture, and decluttering areas to maintain a neat and orderly environment.Respond promptly to requests from residents or guests, addressing their needs with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring their satisfaction.Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel, facilitating timely repairs and upkeep of the property.Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, securing the property, and following established procedures.
