Job Description
2.1 To ensure premises safety at all times

2.2 Monitor the workshop entrance gate and monitor vehicle and people movement

2.3 Check the booking list and allow only those vehicles to workshop which has booking for the day

2.4 Allow breakdown and emergency repair vehicles as and when required

2.5 Monitor all outgoing vehicles and ensure they are released only if gate pass is received

2.6 Allow vehicles inside the workshop in queue.

2.7 Restrict drivers from moving inside workshop floor, guide them to waiting room

2.8 Verify all incoming and outgoing goods and ensure proper documentation is done

2.9 Verify scrap disposal to Waste Management companies and outside suppliers

2.10 Take hourly rounds in and around the workshop and watch for any abnormalities

2.11 Ensure all utilities are switched off after workshop is closed and ensure all doors/ windows/ gates are locked

2.12 Report to Workshop Supervisor on regular basis with updates

2.13 Record and report any suspicious activity to the Supervisor/ Manager

2.14 Contact relevant authorities in case of fire or accident

2.15 Inform Police if any crime is committed

2.16 Ensure each and every vehicle is checked physically before leaving the workshop premises

2.17 Maintain all records of vehicle movement

2.18 Follow all instructions given by the Management

2.19 Spot check of employees /staff

2.20 Provide first aid in case of any injuries

2.21 Ensure timely and proper evacuation of premises in case of any natural calamities/ emergencies

2.22 Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by all staff and report any non-compliance

2.23 Able to monitor all activities through CCTV
