Job Description
Job Summary:

Responsible for electrical and plumbing maintenance of residential and commercial buildings, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain electrical systems (lighting, DBs, wiring, etc.).
• Install and fix plumbing systems (pipes, pumps, water heaters, fixtures).
• Handle emergency maintenance requests.
• Follow safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain tools and daily work reports.

Requirements:
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing.
• 3+ years of real estate or facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of UAE building systems preferred.
• Basic English communication.
