Job Description
Company: Creative Hub Trading Center (CHUB)

Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Residence Requirement: Candidate must be residing in Sharjah

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

Support CHUB's fulfillment operations as the core of the role — working hands-on in the warehouse to handle inbound shipments, pick-and-pack, stock organization, and dispatch. The role also includes occasional deliveries, pickups, and errands when needed. This is a fulfillment-focused position, not an office or pantry role.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfillment (Primary)
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Organize stock on shelves and racks, ensuring correct locations and bin accuracy.
• Support regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Load and hand over outgoing orders to courier partners and last-mile drivers.
• Report damaged stock, discrepancies, safety issues, or equipment faults to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow CHUB's fulfillment SOPs, SLA targets, and handling procedures for each client.

Deliveries & Driving (Occasional)
• Perform deliveries, pickups, and collections when required — not a daily duty.
• Handle official errands (typing centers, municipality, Emirates Post, banks, courier offices) when needed.
• Drive the company vehicle safely and responsibly, complying with all UAE traffic laws.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance or fuel needs.
• Log trips, mileage, and related expenses (fuel, Salik, parking) when driving duties are performed.

Requirements
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory (minimum 2 years, clean record).
• Must be currently residing in Sharjah (job location is Sharjah — no long commutes from other emirates).
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting, loading, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with picking, packing, and basic inventory handling.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus.
• Basic smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, Google Maps, warehouse app/scanner use).
• Punctual, trustworthy, hardworking, and a reliable team player.
• Flexible with working hours when operations require (peak seasons, urgent dispatches).

Working Conditions
• 6 days/week, based at CHUB's warehouse in Sharjah.
• Primarily warehouse-based work, with occasional driving tasks.
• Company vehicle provided when driving duties are required.
