Job Title: Café Restaurant Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month

Como Lounge is a known café restaurant in Al Ain, celebrated for its exceptional food, beverages, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and contribute to maintaining our reputation as one of the best in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operation of the café restaurant to maximize income and minimize expenses.
• Address operational challenges and make supervisory-level decisions to enhance service quality.
• Streamline and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and ensure consistency.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene policies, coordinating with the team to meet standards.
• Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks of tolls and equipment to ensure accuracy and minimize cost and discrepancies.
• Lead initiatives to prevent losses and mitigate risks in collaboration with other departments.
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and liaise with service providers and technicians as needed.
• Support the development of new concepts and participate in the launch of new menu when required.
• Explore and enhance sales channels, including walk-in customers, online platforms, and social media.
• Develop and execute in-store promotions, new product launches, and marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
• Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Monitor customer feedback on platforms like Google Reviews, BEANZ, and Talabat, and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.
• Drive profitability and contribute to achieving sales and growth targets.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a café or restaurant environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in the F&B industry, with a strong understanding of café/restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience are preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
