Job Description
WE ARE HIRING: Welder (Shipbuilding / Industrial) – Lithuania Requirements
• Men aged 20–50
• 5+ years welding experience (shipbuilding preferred)
• MIG/MAG 135, 136, 138 skills
• Ability to weld 10–20 mm plates (full penetration)
• English mandatory
• Driving license an advantage
Job Role
• Welding in shipyards and industrial steel workshops
• Perform full penetration welds
• Work with thick steel plates (10–20 mm)
• Follow quality and safety standards
Compensation
• Salary (NET) during probation: €1500
• After probation: €2000–€2500
Work Schedule
• 200–220 hours per month
• Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00
