Perform skilled carpentry work to address and resolve issues for EPICO’s properties and third party properties to ensure that timely and quality services are provided to meet customer's satisfactions.
• Carpentry Maintenance: Efficiently perform carpentry work, repair, restore and install structures such as floors, doors, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves and roofs. Conduct preventive maintenance work on all related to carpentry (locks, door closer, handle, hinges) and carry out Aluminium work repairs as required.
• Operations: Manage and maintain the tools, equipment required to complete each task and ensure all components at the work location are in good operational condition. Clean shop area, and work site area to ensure that they are well maintained and tidy. Provide estimations for carpentry work and observe the work schedule times set by the supervisor.
• HSE (Health, Safety & Environment): Conduct repairs, maintenance work in compliance with HSE policies & procedure and encourage colleagues to practice the same.
• Team Work: Help other technicians on their work and handle other tasks as requested by the Supervisor when needed.
• Team Work: Help other technicians on their work or do any work requested from team colleague when needed and available.
• HSE (Health, Safety & Environment): Conduct repairs, maintenance work in compliance with HSE policies & procedure and encourage colleagues to practice the same.
