Job Description
Key Responsibilities | • Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel. | • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. | • Set up welding machines and select proper welding techniques based on material type and thickness. | • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components. | • Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects and ensure quality standards. | • Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing work as required. | • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. | • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. | Required Skills & Qualifications | • The candidate must hold relevant welding certifications | • Welding certification (AWS or equivalent). | • Proven experience as a TIG & MIG Welder (1+ years preferred). | • Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metallurgy. | • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. | • Experience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometres). | • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
