Job Title: Technician / Plumber

Company: Nova Starlink / The Water Doctor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week

Employment Type: Full-time can also accept Part-time currently

Job Description: Nova Star / The Water Doctor is looking for a technician with plumbing experience to install and service home water filters. The technician must understand basic plumbing work in villas, townhouses , and apartments and complete jobs from start to finish in a clean and simple way.

This job needs someone who can speak clearly to customers, do basic water tests, and follow the steps we teach. The work must always be safe, clean, and done according to standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and interpret plumbing fixtures, layouts, and specifications.
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and filter.
• Do simple water tests for Chlorine , TDS , and hardness during the consultation.
• Explain the test results to the customer and recommended a filter system in an easy way.
• Install under-sink RO filters, whole-home filters, faucets, and pipes.
• Drill the kitchen sink when needed and complete all pipework safely.
• Change filters during maintenance visits and check that the system is working well.
• Find and fix leaks, low pressure, blockages, or other simple plumbing issues.
• Coordinate and supervise other technical teams to ensure timely completion of plumbing tasks.
• Keep the work area clean and protect the customer’s home.
• Take photos and record all work details.
• Take care of tools, equipment, and uniform.
• Be friendly and speak politely with all customers.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing or water filtration work.
• Basic knowledge of water lines, valves, and drainage systems.
• Experience installing water filtration systems (preferred).
• Able to understand simple plumbing drawings or site conditions.
• Good understanding of plumbing materials and fitting standards used in the UAE.
• Fit enough to work under sinks or in small spaces.
• Careful with work quality and cleanliness.
• Good attitude and teamwork.
• Able to travel across Dubai (Jebel Ali start point).
• Basic English required.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred but not required).
• UAE Manual Driver’s License (Required).
• Accommodation and food not included.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
