Job Description
Job Title: Building Watchman (2 Vacancies)
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1,200 – AED 1,500 per month

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for two responsible Building Watchmen who can communicate in English and help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and security of the building.

Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and control access of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor the premises for unusual activity.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property and occupants.
• Record and report incidents or security concerns.
• Follow safety regulations and assist during emergencies.
• Provide general support and coordinate with other teams when needed.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit for regular patrols and long hours of standing.
• Able to communicate in English.
