Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead plumbers and helpers in daily plumbing activities.
• Review and interpret plumbing drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, pumps, valves, and piping systems as per standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements, inspections, and work sequencing.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with approved method statements and project specifications.
• Ensure proper installation of PPR, PVC, HDPE, copper, and GI piping systems.
• Monitor pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, and disinfection procedures.
• Maintain daily work records, manpower allocation, and progress reports.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with UAE codes and safety regulations.
• Train and guide plumbers on correct installation techniques and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with other trades (civil, electrical, HVAC) to avoid clashes.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input when required.
