In this role, you’ll handle everything from prepping and reassembling vehicles to ensuring every car meets our high standards. If you’re detail-focused, thrive in a fast paced workshop, and enjoy seeing a job done right, we want you!What you'll be doing?Prepping vehicles for repairs by removing and disassembling panels and parts.Reassembling and refitting vehicles post-repair, ensuring they’re road-ready and Carma-approved.Keeping our internal system up to date with work orders and job details—accuracy is key!Checking vehicle functionality and quality standards post-repair.Collaborating with the team, especially painters, to ensure smooth workflows and accurate timelines.Solving problems on the go and suggesting ways to improve our processes.Okay, Let’s Talk About YouAt least 1 year of experience in automotive fitting or panel beating.Able to handle a busy, dynamic workshop with changing priorities.Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of your work.Skilled at meeting deadlines.Tech-savvy - experience with Apple products or DMS systems is a bonus.Clean NSW driver’s license and a can-do attitude!In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters, Sydney site, with room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.What's in it for you?We wouldn’t be a car business if we didn’t give you some $$ off our Carma cars, parts and NRMA cover.Join a team that values quality as much as quantity — we believe in working hard, having fun and delivering an exceptional product.Join a growing company with fantastic training and progression opportunities — grow with us!At Carma, we’re all about fostering an amazing culture, where you can bring your best self to work!
