This is a hands on role which involves carrying out ad hoc repairs and programmed preventative maintenance in relation to all aspects of the building environment, including particular attention to the upkeep of our rooms and guest requests. You will monitor and inspect the conditions of work spaces and equipment, ensuring to report on any areas where improvements are required. Additional tasks will include preventative maintenance and operational testing.
