Job Description
The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing security operations in a high-rise residential building. The role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of residents and visitors, monitoring building systems, and conducting regular patrols across all floors and common areas.
• *Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate security guards across all shifts
• Ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems
• Oversee lobby operations, visitor access, and delivery management
• Enforce building security policies and procedures
• Respond effectively to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover reports
• Coordinate with building management, maintenance teams, and emergency services
• Ensure proper coverage of all access points, including entrances, exits, and parking areas
• *Patrolling Duties:
• Conduct regular patrols of all floors, stairwells, emergency exits, and common areas
• Inspect parking levels, building perimeter, and service areas
• Ensure fire exits, alarm panels, and firefighting equipment are accessible and functional
• Check for unauthorized access, suspicious activities, or safety hazards
• Verify that doors, access points, and restricted areas are properly secured
• Report maintenance issues such as lighting failures, leaks, or safety risks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security, preferably in high-rise residential buildings
• Previous supervisory experience required
