Job Description:

· Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to act swiftly in emergencies.

Responsibilities:

· Patrol assigned areas regularly, including buildings, grounds, and parking lots, to detect and deter suspicious activity.

· Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.

· Respond to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances promptly and appropriately.

· Conduct thorough security checks of individuals, vehicles, and bags entering and exiting the premises.

· Enforce company security policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

· Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.

· Complete detailed reports of security incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.

· Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.

· Maintain a neat and organized security station, including logging of visitors and deliveries.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent required.

· Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred.

· Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

· Excellent observational and surveillance skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
