Our client is a leader in the Plastics Manufacturing industry and offers the highest quality products and the best service for discerning customers.

They are currently looking for a Flexible Packaging Sales Manager to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.

Generating business by leveraging existing relationships prospecting conducting market analysis.

Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.

Implementation of territory growth strategies.

Sales forecast and review of available pipeline

Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs

Identifying and developing a sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical levels.

Managing entire sales process targeting to the top prospectus identifying client solutions negotiating and closing.

Qualification & Requirements:

Sales experience in a similar role in the same or related industry in the GCC.

A track record of success selling flexible packaging solutions both in terms of creating new business opportunities and managing major accounts.

Bachelors Degree in a related field.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience setting sales goals.

Resultsoriented with strong analytical skills.
