We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Isa Town Bahrain The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate our kitchen staff Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute menu items ensuring quality and consistency - Train and supervise kitchen staff including chefs cooks and assistants - Manage inventory ordering and cost control to meet budget targets - Oversee food preparation cooking and presentation processes - Maintain high standards of sanitation cleanliness and safety in the kitchen - Collaborate with restaurant management team to develop new menu items - Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations Requirements - Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting - Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred - Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines - Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with other departments - Attention to detail for maintaining food quality standards - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1100$ per month based on experience This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef looking for growth potential within an established restaurant If you are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and have the skills to lead our kitchen team we would love to hear from you Apply now
