Job Description
The Head Waiter is responsible for supervising the front-of-house service team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality dining service. The role ensures excellent guest experience, maintains service standards, and supports daily restaurant operations by coordinating between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:1. Team Supervision
• Supervise and guide waiters during service
• Allocate tables and assign duties efficiently
• Monitor performance and maintain discipline
• Support training of junior staff

2. Guest Service
• Ensure high-level guest satisfaction at all times
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain hospitality standards and service etiquette

3. Service Operations
• Ensure restaurant is fully ready before service (mise-en-place)
• Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and order flow
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar
• Ensure correct order taking and timely service

4. Quality Control
• Maintain company service standards and SOP compliance
• Ensure staff grooming and uniform standards
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly

5. Communication & Coordination
• Act as a link between management and service team
• Communicate daily updates, special requests, and VIP tables
• Assist in shift briefing and handover

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Senior Waiter / Head Waiter
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service flow
• Ability to handle pressure in a busy environment
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable and professional appearance

• Local hiring only (Bahrain-based candidates)
• Must be immediately available to join
• Transferable visa is mandatory
