Role Overview To portion meals for our customers using our technology—ensuring all meals are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency. Main Responsibilities: Portion meal components accurately for each customer before dispatch deadlines Coordinate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless delivery experience Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen Handle last-minute changes efficiently while upholding quality standards Qualifications & Requirements 1–2 years of experience in dispatching or food preparation within the food industry (QSR or cloud kitchen preferred) Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices Good communication skills in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus Currently based in Bahrain Personality Enthusiastic and respectful towards team members Strong communicator Empathetic and team-oriented
