Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Doner Club. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff efficiently, and maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

professionally Monitor food preparation and presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to health regulations

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments

Train new employees and motivate team members

Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Handle cash register, billing, and daily sales reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role (1–3 years preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Basic computer knowledge (POS system experience is a plus)Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fast food or doner/kebab restaurant

Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Hindi – advantage in Bahrain)
