Loja de Artigos Domésticos busca profissional Técnico de Manutenção Predial em Brasília.ResponsabilidadesRealizar atendimentos de manutenção predial nas lojas da região (Brasília, entorno e Goiânia). Executar serviços de serralheria: corte, solda, montagem e reparos em estruturas metálicas. Manutenção de portas, portões, grades, suportes, estruturas e mobiliários metálicos. Diagnosticar problemas e executar manutenções corretivas e preventivas. Apoiar em demandas básicas de manutenção geral (hidráulica, elétrica simples, pintura e pequenos reparos). Garantir a segurança das estruturas e dos ambientes atendidos. Registrar atendimentos realizados (relatórios ou checklist). Zelar pelas ferramentas, equipamentos e veículo (se aplicável).
