Responsibilities: Assist experienced welders in various welding projects. Learn and apply different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick). Perform basic welding tasks under supervision. Ensure quality of work meets specified standards. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Participate actively in apprenticeship training sessions and coursework. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
