As a Bilingual Casual Security Guard, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Bilingual Casual Security Guard
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect potential issues
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Report any suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety hazards
• Assist staff, visitors, and customers as needed in a professional manner
• Operate and monitor surveillance systems and other security equipment
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity reports and incident logs
• Coordinate and cooperate with law enforcement, fire services, and emergency responders when necessary
Qualifications for Bilingual Casual Security Guard
• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Alberta security license
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
