Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to determine layout and specifications.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, and caulking guns to complete installations and repairs.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing projects.
• Conduct construction tasks related to plumbing installations, including carpentry work when needed.
• Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and ensure water-tight connections.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Experience
• Proven experience in plumbing or related construction fields such as carpentry or handyman services.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in plumbing and construction projects.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Prior experience with caulking, sealing, and general maintenance tasks is preferred.
