Job Description

This position is for a pick-up and delivery driver. You would be responsible for delivering to /picking up from customers in the area surrounding the Ottawa terminal, loading and unloading your truck for deliveries and meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Some flexibility in availability will occasionally be required.
β€’ This will be a Monday - Friday position doing local P&D in our service area in a straight truck or tractor-trailer work.
β€’ Start times will vary depending on volume. You are required to help load/unload and perform your daily peddle safely and efficiently.

Qualifications
β€’ Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
β€’ Must be hard working, customer orientated and have a good knowledge of the city and service our area
β€’ Ability to lift over 50 lbs
β€’ Forklift qualified (will train)
β€’ Comfortable with computers (Handheld delivery units - we will train)
β€’ Valid AZ/Class 1 Driver's Licence
β€’ Clean Criminal record
β€’ Clean Drivers Abstract
β€’ TDG / Fork Truck Certification (will train)
β€’ Able to accept change mid-stream
β€’ Punctual, reliable and a Team Player
