Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented Commercial, Residential Cleaners to join our team as Independent Contractors. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in private homes, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining professional standards.

Duties
• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
