Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing and professional individual to join our team! This is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Hours: We are looking for a part-time member to join our shuttle team.

Shifts: Schedule we are looking to fill will primarily consist of Saturday and Sunday morning shifts (5:45 am - 1:45pm) as well as some varied afternoon shifts depending on scheduling needs and may include holidays. Some overnight availability for driver coverage is an asset. We would also like to offer cross-training opportunities for Front Desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, other clerical duties.

Experience/Skills:
• Valid class 4 license is required, with a clean driver's abstract.
• Must be able to provide proof of a clean record of driving experience in Canada of at least 3 years, including a clean insurance claims history in the last 3 years.
• Must have at least 3 year experience of passenger driving experience.
• Must provide claims experience letter showing that applicant had operated a passenger vehicle or that applicant drove a class 7M with a 6C endorsement.
• Hotel shuttle experience in particular is an asset.
• Hotel Front Desk experience in particular is an asset.
• Ability to assist guest's with loading and unloading their luggage (up to 50lbs.)
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, with good time management skills.
• Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests!

Duties:
• Pick and drop-off hotel guests at the Calgary International Airport, and local hangars.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle, inside and out.
• During slow times, assist with public area cleanliness and house person duties such as stocking and inventory.
• Perform daily maintenance checks of the shuttle bus.
• Assist with guest requests and questions.
• Resolve guest issues to the best of your ability.
• Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
• Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and our services.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
• Assist with sanitizing public/staff areas, as required.

Other duties may be required and can be expanded on during the interview process.
