Join the team as a Working Janitorial Supervisor dedicated to maintaining cleanliness in a manufacturing facility. Lead cleaning operations while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
In this full-time position, you will oversee various cleaning teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while actively participating in daily operations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high cleanliness levels and complying with health and safety regulations, including WHMIS. Your strong communication and problem-solving abilities will enhance team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee janitorial operations across the site
• Guide cleaning teams to meet tasks promptly
• Assess daily performance and area maintenance
• Inspect cleanliness and rectify any shortcomings
• Communicate with management regarding cleaning operations
Requirements :
• 2–3 years of experience in supervisory cleaning
• Experience with cleaning equipment techniques
• Understanding of health & safety guidelines
• Fast-paced work adaptability
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
