We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to join our team!

A Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, staff management, and profitability while creating a positive work environment and a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any issues that arise to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage costs, and implement strategies to increase profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and enhance the restaurant's visibility in the community.

Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, typically requiring several years in the hospitality industry.
• Education: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
