Job Description
Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in Mississauga, Ontario, CA . This role requires a hands-on approach to managing a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across various industrial facilities. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, quality control, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Responsibilities: Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning crew. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures. Train new cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and the use of equipment. Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed. Monitor the performance of the cleaning team and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
