The Canoe Sommelier is pivotal in crafting an inspiring wine vision that engages guests and enriches our front of house team. This role requires a deep understanding of wine service, food pairings, and the ability to manage restaurant operations, including staffing, cost control, and budget management, while delivering exceptional emotional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and articulate the restaurant's wine vision
• Manage wine inventory and cost effectively
• Lead training sessions on wine service and food pairings
• Guide guests through an extensive wine program
• Collaborate with the Chef to create unique pairings

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Business or Hospitality preferred
• 5 years of fine dining sommelier experience
