Job Description
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing commercial plumbing systems to a high degree of success and quality. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
• Install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Perform maintenance on existing plumbing systems to prevent future problems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety regulations.

Skills
• Proficiency in heavy lifting as required for various plumbing tasks.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and tools.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in various settings.
• Ability to build and plumb according to specifications outlined in blueprints.
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating materials needed, and estimating project costs.
• Familiarity with reading schematics to understand plumbing layouts and designs.
