Job Description
We are currently hiring Tactical Security Guards for a private property site. This role requires maintaining a strong, visible presence and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a visible tactical security presence
• Monitor property and control access points
• Conduct regular patrols
• Respond to incidents and disturbances
• Enforce site rules and policies
• Prepare detailed incident reports
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Minimum 1 year of tactical security experience required
• Must have own vehicle (mandatory)
• Valid G Driver’s Licence preferred
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work independently
Availability:
• Overnight shifts required
• Weekend availability required
Additional Requirement:
• Minimum height: 6’2”
