Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Drivers to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight and equipment between locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, adherence to regulations, and efficient delivery schedules. The Team Drivers will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle operation and cargo handling. Responsibilities
β€’ Safely operate commercial trucks, including heavy-duty vehicles, to transport freight and equipment across designated routes
β€’ Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
β€’ Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
β€’ Assist with securing cargo to prevent damage during transit
β€’ Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues when necessary
β€’ Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams
β€’ Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe transportation at all times

Skills
β€’ Valid commercial driver’s license CLASS 1/AZ with clean driving record
β€’ Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment preferred
β€’ Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards
β€’ Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting skills advantageous
β€’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
β€’ Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and dispatchers
β€’ Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various environments
