Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety regulations
• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage procedures
• Oversee food handling and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health codes
• Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service, including serving guests when necessary
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus and special offerings
• Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
