Duties
• Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring strong and clean welds.
• Will be trained to use laser welder.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
• Experience with machining processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and the operation of a press brake machine.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
