Job Summary

We are a growing commercial cleaning and pest control partnership looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to help expand our client base across the GTA.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and earning strong commissions while working with two fast-growing service businesses.

If you have strong communication skills, sales experience, and confidence speaking with business owners, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate new business leads
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Sell commercial cleaning contracts and pest control services
• Follow up on quotes and close deals
• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person visits
• Work closely with ownership to grow accounts

Skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth
• Proficiency in technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Analytical skills to assess market data and develop strategic plans
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time efficiently
• Technical knowledge related to cleaning products or pest control solutions is a plus but not required
