Job Description
Support our Food & Beverage team as a Porter, providing essential assistance to bartenders and servers. This role requires maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

As a Porter in the Food & Beverage Department, you will be a vital support member for bartenders and servers. Your responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, assisting food orders, and ensuring cleanliness across the restaurant and bar areas. You must exhibit calmness under pressure while effectively multitasking and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of PURE policies and service standards

• Restock bars and restaurant areas with supplies

• Clear and reset tables promptly for guests

• Perform general cleaning duties and waste management

• Support event setups and breakdowns as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Energetic with strong interpersonal skills

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment

• AGLC Pro-Serve certification required

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
