Class 5 Commercial Truck Driver

Who we are:

MXL Express is a locally owned courier and hotshot transportation company. MXL Express provides courier and on-demand hot shot transportation services for Canada’s oil and gas, mining and construction industries in and around Edmonton, Alberta and other provinces.

We are currently looking for a Class 5 Commercial Truck Driver for our Edmonton location and Alberta

Details:

· Working hours are Monday to Friday Daytime

· Rotational weekend driving work

· Full-time, long-term employment opportunity

Summary of Duties:

· Drive a company owned 2-3-ton flat deck trucks and/or pull gooseneck trailers of up to 40ft for local and provincial deliveries.

. Drive pick up truck for pilot services for wide load deliveries

· Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move shipments.

· Perform truck/trailer inspection reports using ELD Titan GPS flatform.

· Maintain cleanliness and organize issued company vehicle.

Requirements:

· Must held Class 5 driver’s license minimum of 3 years

· Must have 3 years Canadian driving experience required

· Clean commercial driving abstract

· Experience driving 2-3 Ton flat deck trucks and gooseneck trailers is an asset.

· Experience driving a 5 Ton Box Truck an asset

· Must be able to work on call for nights & weekends.
