Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Toronto, ON.

Position: Security Guard - Concierge / Patrol

Location: Toronto, ON

Payrate: $18.25 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays; Swing / Rotational Shifts

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard with Concierge and Patrolling experience to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, able to work night shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:
• Experience in Concierge Security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Concierge
• Driver's Licence is an asset.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
