Job Description
Bayleaf FM is looking for a hands-on Specialist Cleaning Operative to join a small, high-performing team delivering premium specialist cleaning services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced specialist cleaner ready to step up into a supervisory, client-facing role.

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering specialist cleaning jobs to an exceptional standard, ensuring client satisfaction on every visit. You will supervise a team of two, act as the main point of contact on site, and make sure each job is completed safely, efficiently and signed off by the client.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out specialist cleaning including carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, window cleaning (internal and external), high-level dusting and deep cleans.​
• Ensure all work is delivered safely, following company procedures and site-specific risk assessments.​
• Organise equipment, materials and vehicle loading to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to scope.​
• Work flexibly across days, nights and weekends, with advance notice for scheduling.​

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in specialist cleaning, must include:
• Carpet cleaning
• Hard floor cleaning
• Internal and external window cleaning
• High-level dusting
• Deep cleaning​
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.​
• Confident communicating with clients.

Requirements
• Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).​
• Willing and able to work days, nights and weekends as required, with notice given in advance.​
• Right to work in the UK.​
