Join Vahan Chalak as a Driver Partner in Jaipur. We are hiring professional and dedicated drivers for on-demand customer rides.

Driver will be assigned bookings such as Local City Driving, Outstation Trips, Multi-Day Rides, and One-Way Drop Services. Drivers must be ready to go immediately when a booking is received.

For outstation or multi-day trips, stay, food, and return travel cost (for drop rides) will be provided by the company.

Job Options:

Commission Based – Earn per ride. More rides means more income. Extra rewards for repeat customers and good Google feedback.
Permanent Job – Fixed monthly salary between ?12,000 to ?18,000.

Commission Structure:
First 15 Days – 50%
After 15 Days – 60%
Below ?500 Ride – 90%
Repeat Customer Bonus – ?50
Good Feedback Bonus – ?50

Requirements:
Valid Driving License
Minimum 3 years experience
Age between 25 to 45 years
Must have bike to reach customer location
Good behavior and customer handling skills

Uniform and ID charges applicable (Refund after 1 year completion).

Company base location is Jaipur Railway Station. Payment is calculated based on distance from this point. Travel cost to reach customer will be covered by the company.
