Job Description – Senior Electrician Company: AVN Control Systems AVN Control Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Electrician to join our team in Narhe - Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems. This is a Day shift position for candidates who are committed to delivering quality work while following all safety standards. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and equipment. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out corrective maintenance. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems. Install and connect control panels, motors, and related electrical components. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to complete assigned projects on time. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Candidate Requirements Relevant experience as an Electrician or Senior Electrician. Good knowledge of electrical wiring, industrial electrical systems, and control panels. Ability to read electrical drawings and diagnose electrical faults. Familiarity with electrical safety practices and procedures. Willingness to work in night shifts. Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Stable full-time employment.
