Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure all plumbing work complies with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify faults, leaks, blockages, and other issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Install and repair pipes, valves, fittings, sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of plumbing systems.
• Test plumbing systems for functionality and safety.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used.
• Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and maintenance teams when required.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

Required Qualifications
• ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or a related trade.
• Relevant plumbing certification or license (if required by local regulations).
• 2–5 years of experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of water treatment systems, pumps, and HVAC-related plumbing systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Working Conditions
• May require working in shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, construction sites, and maintenance environments.
• Requires lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing.
