Job Description
Our Fabrication Company needs an experienced Fitter & Welder to join our team. Were looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in MS fittings and welds, from MS Sheet, MS Pipe, MS Angle, MS Tank, any MS Items. We’re looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Fabricate metal structures, equipment, and pipes according to designs and specifications.
• Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG & ARC..
• Conduct quality control checks on fabricated parts to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues related to fabrication processes and implement solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 2-7 years of experience in fitting & welding industry (preferably Fabrication & Engineering Manufacturing sector).
• ITI or Diploma holder in relevant field (e.g., Fitter / Welder).
• Strong understanding of fabrication principles, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials.
• Proficiency in MIG Welding techniques with ability to work at heights.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately and follow instructions.
