We are currently looking to hire an Assets Restaurant Manager in Kuwait

Job Summary

The Assets Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing restaurant assets, operational efficiency, maintenance coordination, inventory control, and compliance standards across restaurant locations. The role ensures all physical assets, equipment, facilities, and operational resources are properly maintained, utilized, and aligned with company standards to support uninterrupted restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor all restaurant assets including kitchen equipment, furniture, POS systems, fixtures, and operational tools.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and repair activities with vendors and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, inventory records, and depreciation tracking.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational readiness, hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Control asset movement, transfers, replacements, and disposals across branches.
• Support restaurant opening, renovation, and closing projects when required.
• Monitor operational costs related to maintenance and asset utilization.
• Liaise with procurement and finance departments for asset purchases and budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait municipality regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on asset condition, maintenance status, and operational efficiency.
• Train restaurant staff on proper handling and usage of equipment and company assets.
• Respond promptly to operational issues affecting restaurant functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, facilities management, or asset management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and asset/inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple restaurant locations and priorities.
• Knowledge of local Kuwait health, safety, and municipality regulations is preferred.
• Arabic and English proficiency is an advantage.
